The Website’s Role

This is an independent reference site. It stores no official jail, court, release, or corrections records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file documents with an agency.

Its pages point visitors toward Jones County and Georgia records resources and may connect users to independently operated research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
• Do not attempt to enter restricted systems or accounts.
• Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with availability or another visitor’s use.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, release records, legal resources, or commercial search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside service’s content, privacy practices, prices, availability, or terms, which visitors should review separately.

Service Provided “As Is”

The site is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise:

• complete, accurate, or current information;
• continuous or uninterrupted access;
• an experience free of errors, defects, or security weaknesses; or
• complete results from an outside search provider.

Custody and public-record information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Jones County Sheriff’s Office or another government agency.

Georgia Law

Georgia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted dispute must be filed in a court with jurisdiction in Georgia. References to public records on this site concern the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et seq., but do not create rights beyond the statute.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
